"We were initially introduced to Mike Betts through our home warranty
company, about two (2) years ago. During one of his call-outs, the company asked
Mike to provide a series of questionable and unscrupulous services on our home
air conditioning unit, rather than making the necessary repairs, on a system
100% covered by the warranty. The request was totally Diametric to Mike's better
judgment, consequently, he believed that we has a right to know the complete
story before making our final assessment. As a result of his honesty, we
contracted Betts Heating and Air to take the necessary repairs to our system,
rather than allowing our warranty company to dictate a sequence of band-aid
repairs, which would have only lasted for a short period of time. Of course, the
full repairs cost us more than the warranty company's typical deductible,
however, the peace of mind we gained through this decision was well worth the
additional money.
At the current time, we use the home warrantee company for all the components in
our home, with the exception of our
air conditioner and heating unit, where we continue to contact Mike Betts
for all the essential repairs to our system. --

out for 2-4 weeks. Betts came out the next day, and had to get a part to fix the
furnace, but were back the very next day with everything working like a charm.
Their services were very professional, very reasonably priced compared to other
